If you visit a store belonging to NG 125 brands or shop from stores belonging to the same brands and visit the internet site named NG 125 ng125.com (“Website”) or use mobile applications belonging to the same brands, become a member; shop through the website/mobile applications where products belonging to the brands are sold or provide product/gift delivery on behalf of third parties; participate in campaigns, competitions, raffles and other events organized by NG 125 and are informed in the most transparent manner about the methods of collection of your personal data, the purposes of processing, the recipient groups to which they are transferred, the legal reasons underlying the processing and your rights in accordance with Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“Law”).

Your personal data is collected by our employees, business partners or suppliers through security cameras and devices, by automatic methods such as recording all kinds of shopping, collection, delivery, transactions, survey filling, registration and transactions in our systems, recording your requests and complaints, by partially automatic methods such as recording the information you verbally declare to sales consultants in stores in our systems, and by non-automatic methods such as recording information/documents related to you from official institutions, organizations and judicial/administrative authorities, recording records regarding your return/review processes in relevant documents, and by automatic methods such as visiting the NG 125 website and mobile applications, shopping through relevant areas, recording your requests and complaints, and recording your conversations with the call center.

4-Transfer of Personal Data 

Your personal data such as Name Surname, E-Mail Address, Telephone Number, Body Measurements Information, Passport Information, Flight Information, TR Identity Number, Nationality, Sole Proprietorship Information in accordance with the conditions set forth in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law;

- For the purpose of carrying out activities in accordance with the legislation. 

It may be transferred to our suppliers of legal and financial consultancy services, e-invoice / e-archive invoice services, product modification services located in the country, to our suppliers of database and server services that require technical expertise located abroad, based on the legal grounds of “Provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, the processing of personal data belonging to the parties to the contract is necessary”, “It is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation”, “Processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant person” and based on your explicit consent. 

5- Rights of the Relevant Person Listed in Article 11 of Law No. 6698, If you submit your requests regarding your rights to NG 125 using the methods set out below, NG 125 will finalize the request as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. No fee will be charged for the response up to ten pages. A processing fee of 1 Turkish Lira will be charged for each page over ten pages. If the response to the application is given on a recording medium such as CD or flash memory, the fee that may be requested by NG 125 will not exceed the cost of the recording medium.

To request the deletion or destruction of personal data in case the reasons requiring processing are eliminated, even though it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, and to request that the action taken within this scope be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred, 

To object to a result that is to the detriment of the person himself/herself, as a result of the analysis of the processed data exclusively through automatic systems, 

In case of damage caused by unlawful processing of personal data, the person has the right to demand compensation for the damage. 

You can submit your request regarding the exercise of your rights specified above, in Turkish, in writing to NG 125, as the data controller, with documents proving your identity, or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority. 

NG 125 reserves the right to verify your identity before responding. 

In your application;

Your residence or workplace address for notification, 

If available, your e-mail address, telephone and fax number for notification purposes, 

The subject of your request is mandatory and, if any, information and documents related to the subject must be attached to the application. 

The persons who have given their consent to NG 125 commercial electronic messages being sent may, at any time and without stating any reason, refuse to be contacted about general and special campaigns, advantages, product and service promotions, advertisements, market research surveys and other customer satisfaction practices through the contact information they have provided. 

The relevant persons/members may make their rejection notification in this regard at the NG 125 store or through other relevant channels mentioned above. 

In accordance with the clear notification of the relevant person/member in this regard, communications to the relevant party through the channels specified by him/her are stopped within the maximum legal period (possible-necessary transactions and communications continue according to the law).
