Return and Exchange Policy
DELIVERY, RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
1. If you place an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.
2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) and other laws in force regarding the sale and delivery of the product they purchase.
3. Shipping costs will be paid by buyers.
4. In the event that the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days of learning of this situation. The total price must be returned to the Buyer within 14 days.
5. The returned product must be unused, have the tags on it, and must not have lost its resaleability. Products that do not meet these criteria will be sent back to you at buyer's expense.
6. The Buyer shall inspect the goods/services subject to the contract before receiving them; and shall not accept from the cargo company damaged and defective goods/services such as crushed, broken, torn packaging, etc. The goods/services received shall be deemed to be undamaged and intact.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
1. BUYER has the right to return or exchange the purchased product with the SELLER within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery to him/her or to the person/organization at the address he/she provided.
2. When returning the product delivered to the BUYER, it must be sent together with the return invoice issued by the institution. 2. The products to be returned must be delivered complete and undamaged, together with the box, packaging and standard accessories, if any.
3. Expenses arising from the exercise of the right of return and exchange belong to the BUYER.
4. THE COMPANY IS NOT LEGALLY OBLIGATED TO MAKE RETURNS FOR PRODUCTS WITHIN THE DISCOUNT AND CAMPAIGN. ONLY EXCHANGES ARE MADE.
5. DUE TO HYGIENE, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ARE NOT ALLOWED FOR OUR ACCESSORY PRODUCTS.
6. The process for the return to be reflected in the BUYER'S bank account is 3-14 days.
7. In case of refunds in cancellation and return transactions, only the product price will be refunded, minus the expenses.
